Knowledge Management Mediation Model of Higher Learning Institution Performance

There are many studies on Knowledge Management (KM) in different organizations however less investigation university, especially teaching staff terms of using KM to enhance their duties at the universities. Thus, this paper presents a study examine Critical Influential Factors and Innovation UAE Universities Performance. The adopted quantitative approach where questionnaire survey was carried out among academic staffs A total 330 respondents involved survey. data gathered from used develop mediation model which comprises innovation learning acts as mediator relationship between five knowledge management variables university performance variable. developed assessed SmartPLS software. direct effect relationship. For relationship, it found that two dimensions have significant universities’ performance, acquisition application. And also, indicates there is for performance. effect, (knowledge acquisition, storage, sharing, application) results modelling work, indicated sharing indirect with partial full sharing. findings research could benefit decision makers enhancing organization through KM. Also, can be considered stimulant further
